How to create and edit brand in the portal

This article will describe how to create and edit brand in the portal.

Permissions

This setting is available for Owners and Managed Owner teammates.

Navigation

Go to Settings > Brand

If you are logged into the portal now, you can go to:

Editing a brand

If you already have a brand, you can click it to enter the edit settings screen for that brand.

Below is an example of the edit brand screen.

Below is a short description of each setting.

SMS sender name

The name which appears on SMS messages to customers. Max 11 characters, no apostrophes.

Brand Name

Used in many places in your Flipdish service.

For example it appears in the Web Online and Apps experiences, Kiosk, on receipts.

Logo

Also applied in many places in your Flipdish service.

Setting it here means it appears by default in places such as Web, Apps, Kiosks. It can be overridden in settings for those services also.

Web & apps button colour

This is the default button colour for your web & apps consumer experiences.

It is usually overridden by the settings in those services on setup.

Audit Logs

This shows relevant audit logs regarding your brand, and any edits which have been made to them over time.

Languages

This setting changes the default language that appears on your web online and apps experiences.
