SUMMARY
This article will describe how to configure the consumer receipt print configuration for your restaurant property, including things like the header, footer and number of print outs.
Access & Permissions
Users which are Owner or Managed Owner teammate role type have permission to edit this configuration.
Navigation and Steps
Step 1
Login to your Flipdish Portal account.
Step 2
On the left navigation, select "Sales Channels" to expand the list, then "Point of Sale" option.
Then select the tab "Settings".
Alternatively, if you are logged in now on this device, click this URL to go there now.
Then select "Print Settings".
Step 3
Below is an example of the the print settings screen.
To edit the settings of the printed receipts for consumers, select the restaurant property which you would like to apply the settings to from the selector at the top.
You can edit the following items.
Printing Header
Shows a header with text on the consumer receipts printed from the Point of Sale printer.
Printing Footer
Shows a footer with text on the consumer receipt printed from the Point of Sale printer.
Print Receipt
Select option to print receipt after booking a sale on or off.
No of Receipt Prints
Select how many receipt copies should be printed at a time. Default is 1.
Step 4
Once you have completed updating your settings, ensure to press Save button at top.
NOTE
If you have multiple properties, you will have to update the print settings for all of them individually.
