Overview
If you want to rewards your customers for their orders on any Flipdish powered ordering channel including apps, web, kiosks and in-store then you just need to ensure your new or existing campaign includes all the relevant sales channels.
Step by step guide
Go to your portal and navigate to 'Marketing' and 'Campaigns'
Either create a new campaign or edit an existing loyalty campaign
Ensure that the sales channels selected include the channels you want to reward customers on.
