1. New Schedule Creation/Update
You can update or create a new schedule from the opening hours tab in the respective marketplace sales channel.
Go to sales channels then Marketplaces
You can select any one marketplace sales channel and then you can select opening hours
Please update the timings in the format mentioned in text on this opening hours page
Important: Always save the schedule on your sales channel after making any updates to ensure your changes are applied.
2. Menu Publication is Still Needed
Even though the schedule is created and saved, the new timings won't go live until you publish marketplace menu. This is a necessary step to activate the updated schedule.
3. Best Practice: Use One Sales Channel for Timings
For properties with multiple marketplaces of different brands, we highly recommend using only ONE sales channel of that brand to manage your opening hours.
Important Notes:
Daily Operation: When updating opening hours through your sales channel, make sure your marketplaces are set to operate DAILY.
Marketplace Closures: If a marketplace is closed on certain days, this information can't be updated through the sales channel. For closures, you'll need to add this schedule directly through your other management tools.
