Your customer's order was rejected by your store but your customer came to the store and their order was made anyway. What should you do?
For incorrectly rejected cash orders, please contact your customer directly and explain you can process the order. You can take the payment directly from the customer.
For incorrectly rejected card orders, please contact your customer directly and explain they need to re-place the order online for payment to be taken. You will need to accept the order for payment to be taken.
Rejected orders will not be included in your loyalty program.
