Are you working with a Lightspeed integration? Learn all you need to know to get your Lightspeed menu correctly on your website and/or app.

Always start with inserting your menu into Lightspeed. Make sure the following points are submitted to your Lightspeed system before syncing your menu with Flipdish:

  • Product name
  • Product description
  • Options/additions

When you are done submitting your menu to Lightspeed, log into the Flipdish Portal. If you do not have an account for the portal yet, please contact [email protected] and ask our team to set one up for you.

As soon as you are logged in, first click on the name of your restaurant next to the House icon on the left hand side of the screen. A drop down menu appears. Click on ´Manage´.

Scroll down in the ´Manage´ page until you see the menu section. In this section, click on the ´Update menu from Lightspeed´ button.

The update takes a few minutes. When the sync has finished, you click on the ´MENU´ button to see the updated menu. Did you add new items to your menu? Check whether the new items are visible on your website.

Please take note: If you want to change names, modifiers or the price of an item, always submit these changes to Lightspeed and sync your menu after on the Flipdish Portal.

You can adjust the order of the menu, descriptions, the names of menu sections and photo´s directly via the Flipdish Portal.
