Sometimes orders do not come through to Lightspeed. What do you do in a situation like that?
First check whether the Lite server is switched on. You can do this by checking the blue light on the front side of the Lite server. Is it not on or is it flickering? Check whether the power cord is correctly attached. If this is the case, press the reset button on the front side of the server.
