On your orders screen you will have a record of every order and its status.
In order to refund or completely cancel an order simply click into it and select the refund option at the bottom of the screen. This will prompt a pop up that will allow you to either cancel or partially refund the order.
You can also decide whether or not you would like to notify the customer by SMS of the refund.
You can also print a copy of any past order by selecting the 'PRINT' option instead.
Please note that we are advised that card refunds can take up to ten working days to appear back in the customers account, but this process usually takes closer to five.
