There are three methods to turn off your PixelPoint integration or stop receiving orders on your Flipdish Windows app.

Method 1 - Quit the Flipdish Windows app (recommended method)

  1. Bring the app to the foreground and click Exit.
  2. On the confrimation screen, press Quit.



Method 2 - Log out of the Flipdish Windows app

  1. Bring the app to the foreground and click Log Out.

Method 3 - Remove access to the store for the user

  1. Visit portal.flipdish.com and open the Teammates screen.

2. Click on the Teammate whose account was used to log into the Flipdish Windows app.

3. Remove the stores from the Teammate and press Save.
