To power the device on:

  • Ensure the device is connected to a power supply

  • Press the power button on the right hand side of the device, near the base

  • Device will boot up in 1-2 minutes

To power the device off:

  • Press and hold the power button

  • Select "Power off"

To connect to internet (Wifi):

  • Settings > WLAN > Enable

  • Select your wifi network from the list

  • Enter your Wifi password and press connect

  • The device will remember the passcode and automatically reconnect on startup.

To connect to internet (Wired):

  • Ensure your device has an Ethernet cable securely in place

  • Settings > Ethernet > Enable

To enable Location services

  • Settings > Location > Enable

Does it need to be updated?
Kiosk updates will be installed on your device automatically. You won't need to manually update our software.

I can't see an option to exit the Kiosk app, how do I do that?
Press and hold the power button, you should see two buttons; one for rebooting the device and another for powering the device off. In the top right-hand corner you should also see a button labeled "Exit Kiosk". Press this button and enter the PIN code "1234".

When I place an order, I get an error saying "Order can't be placed", what's wrong?

All Kiosk orders are treated as collection orders. Ensure that the store to which the Kiosk is assigned has collection enabled.
