Manage Inventory Tracking Profiles

Tracking profiles are valuable for use when performing stock takes or checks. These profiles can be assigned to specific stock items and will be visible in your Restaurant Management System App. This helps your staff know when to perform checks or take stock of particular items.

Requirements:

Please note you will need Owner level access to see and manage these settings.

You will also need to have the license and subscription active for "Inventory Management" service.

You can request this from your Flipdish sales representative.

Instructions:

Step 1

On the left, select "Add-Ons" in the navigation

Click "Inventory"

NOTE

If you don't see it, you don't have Owner level teammate role, or an active "Inventory Management" service subscription on your Flipdish account.

Step 3

Click "Tracking Profiles".

Step 4

Click "Add" in the top right corner or click on the tracking profile from the list you wish to edit.

You can add as many as you like in this section.

Step 5

Add the name and any relevant notes.

Step 6

Add the name and any relevant notes.

Step 7

Click "Save" in the top right corner once you are happy with the information entered.
