A step-by-step process covering how to restart your KDS device and app

Some software updates and issues will need to be resolved by restarting the Flipdish KDS App.

Requirements:

  • A Flipdish POS KDS device.

Step 1 - Click “File” in the top left corner

Step 2 - Click “Close”

Alternatively, just click the “x” in the top right corner

Step 3 - Open the app again by clicking on the Flipdish app on the home screen.
