A step-by-step process covering how to restart your POS device and app
Some software updates and issues will need to be resolved by restarting your POS device and some will only require you to restart the Flipdish POS App.
Requirements:
A Flipdish POS Front of House device.

Instructions for restarting the app:
Step 1 - Swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
Step 2 - Press the left arrow in the menu at the bottom of the screen to close the app
Step 3 - Open the app again by clicking on the Flipdish app on the home screen.
Instructions for restarting the device:
Step 1 - Hold the power button on the left-hand side of the device for 2 seconds
Step 2 - Click Reboot
Step 3 - Wait for the device to power up again
Step 4 - Click the Flipdish app to open it
