You should have received 2 boxes, one with the KDS and one with the stand provided you want the screen to be free-standing.

Remove the KDS screen from its box and remove the plastic packaging.

Inspect the device to ensure there is no damage. Please contact the Flipdish team at [email protected] if there is any damage to the device or the box after arriving at your location. You will also find a power cable in the box.

Remove the KDS screen stand from its box and remove any plastic packaging

To mount the KDS screen on the stand, place the screen face down, and ensure the screen protector is still on the device to prevent it from being damaged

Use the Allen key to remove the four screws at the back of the KDS

Lift off the back panel and line up the four holes on the stand with the open four screw holes on the KDS

Screw in the four screws you previously removed, hand tighten first, and then use the Allen key

Attach the power cable to the power port underneath the KDS screen

Press the button beside the power port to turn on the screen. Allow a few moments for the device to power on.

Remove the screen cover when the device is ready.

Connect it to the Internet using Wi-Fi by clicking in the bottom right corner on the Wifi icon or connect using an Ethernet connection, as always we recommend using Ethernet as Wi-Fi can be unreliable in Kitchen environments.

Open the Flipdish App once the device is connected to the Internet

Log in using the same code you use on your Point of Sale.
