Manually Accept, Reject, and Add Time to Orders with Your Flipdish POS

A step-by-step guide on how to manually accept, reject, or add time to orders on your POS from your Flipdish-powered online ordering site. You will be able to see the order origin, the order number, the dispatch type, the sale price, and the expected time of the order in the box on the right-hand side of the page.

Requirements:

  • A Flipdish POS Front of House device

  • A Flipdish-powered online ordering site

Instructions for how to accept or reject an order:

Step 1 - Click accept or reject in the pop-up box in the bottom right-hand corner
This will update the customer's order status page with the answer you have given.

Instructions for how to change the rejection reason:

Step 1 - Click "Details" in the box in the bottom right corner
Step 2 - Click the drop-down box beside "Reject Order"
Step 3 - Select an alternative reason for rejecting the order
Step 4 - Click "Reject Order"

Instructions for how to add more time to the expected order time:

Step 1 - Click "Details" in the box in the bottom right corner
Step 2 - Click the "As Expected" drop-down box beside "Accept Order"
Step 3 - Click the time you wish to add to the expected time
Step 4 - Click "Accept Order"
