Check if Your Flipdish POS Register Has Been Gifted / Registered

How to know if your POS device has been gifted/registered to your account. If your device is not gifted, this will cause issues during setup.

Requirements:

  • Any Flipdish POS-related device that runs a Flipdish App such as Front of house device and KDS.

Video Instructions:

Signs your device is not gifted or registered.

  • If the Flipdish app is missing from your home screen and when you search the Flipdish app in the device's app store, it does not show up.
