Our cloud thermal printer streamlines your kitchen and Front of House operations and is designed for lightning-fast speed and low-noise operation.
Requirements:
A receipt printer for your Flipdish POS Front of House device.

You should have received 1 box.
Remove the printer and its accessories from its package.
Inspect the device and accessories to ensure no damage. Please contact the Flipdish team at [email protected] if there is any damage to the device or the box after arriving at your location. You should have the printer, a paper roll, an adapter, a charging cable and a USB lead.
Attach the adapter and the charging cable together and then plug the end of the charging cable into the DC port on the back of the printer.
Add the paper by pressing the button on the top left of the device to open the printer door, add the paper roll and close the door.
Remove the access paper.
To sync the printer to the device swipe from the bottom of the POS screen upwards. This will expose the menu at the bottom of the page.
Press the circle icon.
Open the Flipdish App (Not the Flipdish POS App).
Call our support team if you see a screen prompting you to do so.
Give our support team the installation ID and they will activate the product.
Click “Next” to begin configuring your POS station.
Click “Add New Printer”.
Select “Bluetooth”.
Click “Next”.
Allow Flipdish to access this device's location.
Click on the device you wish to pair from the list. Usually it will be a Sumni Cloud Printer.
Click “Next”.
Click “Yes” when asked if you want to connect the printer.
Click “Next”.
Enter the printer serial number which you can find on the back of the printer underneath the barcode.
Click “Next”.
Enable pairing mode on the printer by holding down the button on the back of the printer for 4 or more seconds until you hear the device announce “Please find your device”. (Ensure the volume is turned up during this using the volume buttons on the front of the device).
Click “Next”.
Log into your Wifi network and click “Next”.
Remove the test page that the printer will print showing that the device was connected successfully.
Click “Next”.
Name the device anything that you want.
Click “Next”.
Your receipt printer is now setup.
To add a Kitchen printer:
Click “Add new kitchen station printer” in the top right corner.
Choose the kitchen station the printer will be assigned to.
Choose the number of copies of the receipt you want to print.
Choose the receipt printer.
Click “Save”.
Click “No” and “Next” when asked if you want to set up Caller ID.
Click “Finish” when setup is complete.
Click “OK” when prompted to do so and the POS app will reopen.
