Requirements:
A Flipdish POS Front of House device.

You should have received 1 box.
Remove the device and the power cable from the box and inspect for any damage,
Please contact the Flipdish team at [email protected] if there is any damage to the devices or the box after arriving at your location.Place a protective cover on the table and place the device face down,
Lift up the flap at the back of the device to expose the charging, ethernet and USB ports
Use the power cable provided and insert it into the relevant slot, underneath the flap of the POS device
Stand the device back up and press the “on” button on the left-hand side of the device.
Instructions for device set-up:
Click the arrow pointing right to begin the setup process
Select the language,
Select the time zone.
Choose to connect the device via ethernet or Wi-Fi. For this demonstration, I’m going to use Wi-Fi but we recommend all devices are connected with an ethernet cable, to do this, place the device face down on a soft protective cover and lift the back flap and insert the ethernet cable into the relevant port.
Click “Next” at the bottom of the page, once you’ve entered the Wi-Fi password.
Click “activate”. This may take a few seconds.
Click “Start Config” at the bottom of the screen
Press “enter the system” to activate the Flipdish POS.
Find the Flipdish POS app, you may need to swipe to find it.
Click on the Flipdish POS app and the system will bring you to the login screen where you can log in with your passcode or RFID card reader and begin taking orders.
Some customers may be prompted with the screen you can see now, if so you will need to call our support team to finish your installation. Our support team will ask for the device-specific code on the screen that you can see now.
