Yes, orders that have changed states manually and via automation will be available in the logs. Automated state changes will be marked as made by Flipdish, manual changes will be marked as made by whomever the authenticated user making the change was.
Note: Please, notice that these logs are available for online ordering orders, and you can select logs after selecting on the logs on the top right corner as shown on the first screenshot.
