Can a customer place another order at the same time while an order is already pending to be completed?

Yes. It will still be possible for the customer to place another order even if they have an existing order in progress.

Note: There is a 15 second "cancellation period" for cash orders, this means they need to wait 15 seconds, and Card orders can order inmediately.
