How does Order Status work when an order is delayed?

Flipdish's order status functionality provides customers with an ETA range as opposed to a fixed ETA. This means that the ETA is typically correct even when an order is delayed.

If an order is delayed by more than 30 minutes, we recommend that you delay the order directly in the portal by a further 30 minutes, which will update the customer ETA window.
