No, manual intervention is not needed. Orders will automatically progress through various states, with timing calculated backward from the 'Accepted for' time (ETA).For instance, if a customer places an order for 16:00, the order will automatically transition from 'Order Accepted' to 'Preparing Order' at 15:40 (20 minutes before the designated time).At 16:00, it will move on to 'Ready for Collection.'For orders placed less than 20 minutes before the collection time, they will be shifted to 'preparing' status and display an estimated time of arrival for your customer as soon as you accept the order.While it's possible to manually change the order status from the portal, it's generally not necessary as orders will progress automatically.
