The Flipdish Point of Sale (POS) integrates seamlessly with three major third-party marketplaces: Just Eat, Deliveroo, and Uber Eats. These integrations allow orders from these platforms to automatically sync with your POS, streamlining operations and eliminating the need for manual entry.

Supported marketplaces

1. Just Eat

The Flipdish POS integrates with Just Eat to manage both customer and driver-dispatched orders.

  • Key features:

    • Real-time order syncing into the POS.

    • Driver management for restaurants using their own drivers (via the Just Eat device).

  • Limitations:

    • Direct changes made in the Just Eat portal, such as menu or pricing updates, do not sync back to the Flipdish POS. All updates must be managed through the Flipdish POS.

2. Deliveroo

The integration with Deliveroo allows you to receive and manage orders directly from the platform via the Flipdish POS.

  • Key features:

    • Instant order syncing for easy processing.

    • Centralized menu management through the Flipdish POS.

  • Limitations:

    • Deliveroo allows a maximum of 500 modifiers per menu.

    • Changes made directly in the Deliveroo platform are not synced back to the Flipdish POS and need to be managed through the Flipdish POS.

3. Uber Eats

The Uber Eats integration provides real-time syncing of orders into the Flipdish POS.

  • Key features:

    • Instant order syncing to minimize delays.

    • Centralized menu management through the Flipdish POS.

  • Limitations:

    • Uber Eats has a maximum item price limit of £/€299.99.

By supporting these major third-party platforms, the Flipdish POS allows you to manage all your marketplace orders through one centralized system, ensuring a consistent and reliable workflow across platforms.
