This article will cover How to manage your staff Rota on your Flipdish Point of Sale
Requirements:
Please note you will need store-manager-level access to manage these settings
Instructions:
Step 1 - Log into your Point of Sale Back Office with your email address and password.
Step 2 - Click on the Business name in the top right drop-down. This is the Franchise level view.
Step 3 - Select the relevant store from the drop-down list
Step 4 - Click 'Modules' on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 5 - Click 'Payroll'
Step 6 - Click 'Rota'
Step 7 - Select the start and end date for the Rota
Step 8 - Click 'Load' beside the date range selector. You will now have visibility of all your staff members registered for this store. To learn how to create staff members, click here.
Step 9 - Click a day of the week you wish to add working hours to for a particular staff member
Step 10 - Select the start time and end time using the 'from' and 'to' dropdowns.
Step 11 - Click 'Save' in the bottom right corner of the pop-up box.
If you want the same hours to be shown across multiple days of the week:
Step 1 - Click the hours' box that has just appeared and then click 'Copy' at the top of the page
Step 2 - Click on the days you want the staff member to have the same hours and then click 'Paste' at the top of the page.
Step 12 - Click 'Publish' at the top of the page once you have completed the rota
This rota will then show in the Rota section of your Point of Sale. To see what that looks like, click here.
Step 13 - Click 'Close' in the top right corner to leave the rota editor
You can edit the rota at any time by coming to this page and clicking on the hours you wish to edit and entering new times.
