Firstly you will need to be a staff member with the relevant permissions.
Items to be expensed need to be set up as selectable options in the back office in advance of staff following these steps

Step 1 - Log into your Flipdish point of sale system using your pin or RFID Card reader.
Step 2 - Click 'More'
Step 3 - Click 'Report'
Step 4 - Click 'Cashing up'
Step 5 - Enter the amount you want to withdraw
Step 6 - Click on 'withdraw'
Step 7 - Select 'expense'
Step 8 - Choose the expense type
Step 9 - Press 'OK'
This withdrawal will be recorded in your expenses report and will be assigned to the staff member who withdrew it.
