This article will show you how to use the 'Till status' report to give you a very quick overview of the cash position of the till.

Requirements:

You will need the relevant reporting permissions, please speak to your manager to ensure you have these.

Instructions:

Step 1 - Log into your Flipdish Point of Sale using your PIN or RFID Card reader.

Step 2 - Click 'More'

Step 3 - Click 'Report'

Step 4 - Click 'Till Status'

Here you can see the cash receipts and refunds against all sales.

So whatever the total of the cash receipts is, minus the cash refunds is what you should have in your till at that particular time.
