This article will cover how to temporarily close your online store or marketplaces from your customers directly from the POS device which is very useful in the event you become very busy and want to prioritize a particular channel.
This functionality allows you to snooze anything from your website and marketplaces to an in-store kiosk.
Requirements:
All staff have access to this.
Instructions:
Log into your Flipdish Point of Sale using your PIN or RFID Card reader.
Click on the nine dots in square arrangement or, navigate with the arrows until you see the 'Property Snooze' option.
Click 'Property Snooze'.
On the left-hand side of the screen, you can select by dispatch types such as dine-in, collection, takeaway and delivery or by venue like marketplaces or by channel like an in-store Kiosk.
Then select the duration in hours and click save.
To Unsnooze an already snoozed property, just click the 'Unsnooze' button on the right side of the screen.
