How is Guest opt-in marketing setup on the Flipdish Point of Sale?

Guests will always be prompted to either opt-in or opt-out of restaurant marketing.

Opt-in Route 1: If a guest has already created an account through Flipdish online ordering, they will automatically be opted-in to marketing within Flipdish POS.

Opt-in Route 2: A guest may call the store to place an order. When a guest calls, Caller ID information is automatically logged (assuming the Caller ID module is enabled). Guests will verbally confirm their opt-in choice to the restaurant staff.
