This article will explain how to create and manage discount vouchers in our point-of-sale (POS) system and back office. Flipdish provides tools that allow you to offer promotional discounts to your customers effectively.

Steps - starting at the login screen.
Enter your pin to launch the home screen.
Select More Options (The square of dots) on the bottom right hand corner.
Click Voucher to launch and create a discount voucher screen.
Choose Discount Reason.
Add a Minimum order amount
Select the voucher type that has either a fixed amount or a percentage.
(You can enter the amount using digit buttons or choose from a palette of fixed values on the right highlighted in blue colour. To make any corrections use the backspace button. All your choices including your voucher number will be displayed at the top)Hit the create button when done. This will create the voucher and print a voucher receipt with a QR code which you can give to the customer.
Customers can redeem this voucher by scanning the QR on the printed receipt. If customers have already created an online account, they'll see the voucher linked in their account.
Additionally, you can manage your vouchers through the Flipdish Voucher Portal, which allows you to view and edit existing discount codes. Access the portal here: Flipdish Voucher Portal.
