This article will explain how to close a session in our point-of-sale system. A session refers to the period during which your restaurant is open for business for the day.

Steps - Starting at the login screen:
Enter your pin to launch the home screen.
Select “more”.
Then click “report”.
Then select “cashing up”. This takes us to the cashing-up menu.
Click “close session”. The system prompts with the dialogue to confirm your action.
Choose “yes” to close the session. (If you already had a session closed, you will need to start a session before closing it)
After closing the session, a receipt gets printed showing details of the session you just closed. Here you can find details like when the session was started and by whom. When the session was closed and by whom? Available cash, total expense, net change amount and outstanding amount, etc. You will also find the session summary and sales session summary as well.
