This feature allows your customers to pay as a guest, avoiding the need to receive a verification code via SMS.
Logging in with an SMS code is a default requirement for your customers to pay on Flipdish ordering platforms.
However, with our Guest Checkout feature, which is currently only available for online ordering, your customers can bypass this process. This eliminates ordering problems in shops with poor signal coverage.
Please be aware that the guest checkout feature becomes accessible once the number is entered; they will see the option afterward, as indicated by the number. Additionally, even if they input the number, the phone number will not be stored.
This is particularly relevant if you are currently using table grading in an area with poor signal coverage.

Note: If you enable this feature, it may affect your ability to capture customer data and run effective loyalty programmes, as customers cannot be tracked while logged in as a guest.
