The voucher input can be easily controlled to be shown or hidden on your apps, website, and kiosk, based on the active vouchers in use on your account.
Showing or hiding the voucher input:
If you'd like to hide the voucher input on your Flipdish website, kiosk, or mobile apps, you can do so by disabling any vouchers in the Flipdish system that require users to manually apply them. You can manage this yourself via the Flipdish Portal.
With this action, the voucher input will be hidden across all platforms.
Auto-apply vouchers:
If you have any auto-apply vouchers set up or any campaigns generating auto-apply vouchers for your customers, these vouchers will still be applied to orders as intended. However, your customers won't be able to modify them as they normally can.
As soon as you add a voucher that requires a user to manually input the voucher code, the input will be shown again.
