If an end-user reports that their voucher code isn't working, follow these steps to identify and resolve the issue:
Note: You can verify all the voucher's settings by logging into the Flipdish portal at portal.flipdish.com by clicking on Marketing panel on the left >then Vouchers.
1. Confirm Voucher Entry
Ensure the customer is entering the voucher code in the correct field during checkout.
Verify that the code is entered accurately. Voucher codes are not case-sensitive though.

2. Check Voucher Validity
Confirm that the voucher has not expired. (To learn how to extend vouchers through the portal, please refer to this Article)
Review the voucher's start and end dates to ensure it's currently active.
Determine if the voucher is set to 'apply automatically' or requires 'manual entry'.
3. Review Voucher Restrictions
Identify if the voucher is limited to specific channels (e.g., iOS, Android, web, Kiosk, POS).
Check if the voucher is restricted to certain order types, such as delivery or collection.
Ensure the voucher is applicable to the store's location or Sales Channels, especially if multiple store locations exist.
Verify if the voucher excludes certain menu items, like special offers or meal deals. You can review you menu or reach out to Flipdish Support for assistance.
4. Assess Voucher Usage Limits
Check if the voucher is limited to one-time use per customer or per order.
Verify if the voucher is designated for first-time orders only.
Ensure the voucher hasn't reached its maximum redemption limit.
If the issue persists after the above checks:
Contact the Flipdish support team.
Include all gathered information: voucher code, end-user's mobile number, or order number, and a description of the issue.
