Learn how to accept or reject orders on your Flipdish Terminal

When looking at your Flipdish Terminal, the page you will mainly see is the 'Orders' screen as selected from the sidebar menu. From here you will be able to see all orders that come to your store.
When an order is made and sent to your store, you will see its details pop up regardless of what screen you are on. The pending orders process is as follows:
There will be two options at the bottom, accept and reject (The X).
Upon selecting the order you will be prompted with a timer popup. From here you can set how long it will take your store to prepare the order.
Completing this selection will cause the Terminal to print a number of receipts equal to the number as set in the printouts settings.
A copy of the order will then remain on the orders screen.
⚠️Important (When receiving online orders using the Flipdish terminal):
Incoming Flipdish online orders will be printed automatically including orders that requires manual acceptance.
If the orders are on manual-accept, the order will still print as pending—without displaying the ‘accepted time’ information, and only showing the ‘requested time’ at the bottom of the docket. By default, terminals print orders and wait for acceptance before completing the print with the acceptance time and Flipdish logo.
Therefore, if the acceptance time is missing and only the ‘requested for’ timestamp appears (with no Flipdish logo), the order was never accepted.
