This article will cover how to customise your receipt layout and the information shown on your Flipdish Point of Sale receipts.
Requirements:
Please note you will need admin-level access to manage these settings
Instructions:
Step 1 - Log into your Flipdish Portal with your email address and password.
Step 2 - Click on 'Settings' in the left hand navigation bar.
Step 3 - Click "Sales Channels" on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 5 - Click "Receipt Templates"
Step 7 - Click the elements on the right-hand side that you want to see on your receipt.
Step 8 - Click the image on the demo receipt to upload your own image. Please note all images will print in black and white.
Step 9 - Drag and drop the items to put them in the order you would like to have them on your receipt. (To remove an element, drag and drop it outside of the border of the demo receipt)
Step 10 - Click the "Details" tab in the top left corner, once you are happy with the receipt layout
Step 11 - Name your template
Step 12 - Select whether you want your template to be disabled meaning it wouldn't be in use if you mark it as disabled.
Step 13 - Select whether this template will only be used for paid or unpaid order statuses
Step 14 - Choose whether this template will only be available for selected venues like your marketplaces, website or mobile app.
Step 15 - Choose whether this template will only be available for selected dispatch types like Collection, delivery, dine-in or takeaway.
Step 16 - Click "Save" in the top right corner to finalise your receipt creation.
Limitations
Customised receipt templates are not supported on Android software.
The receipt font is not customisable.
