A Snooze tag can be added to menu items to make it easy for you to snooze or hide that item directly from your Point of sale device if you were to run out of stock.
A Reporting tag allows you to target certain menu items to show on specific reports that you create, allowing reporting for example on quantity sold within a similar group of item.
A Kitchen Display System or KDS tag allows you to route certain items directly to specific stations you may have set up in your kitchen. For example, a fry station or a drinks station.
A Discount tag allows you to exclude menu items from being discounted by your staff during the checkout and payment process.

Instructions:
Step 1 - Log into your Point of Sale Back Office with your email address and password.
Step 2 - Click on the Business name in the top right drop-down. This is the Franchise level view. Please don't click on the store name in the drop-down.
Step 3 - Click 'Configuration' on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 4 - Click 'System'
Step 5 - Click 'Tags'. Here you will see all the tags that currently exist.
Step 6 - Click 'Add' in the top right corner
Step 7 - Select the type of tag you want to add (Discount, KDS, Report or Snooze)
Step 8 - Enter a tag code which can be a description of the tag
Step 9 - Click 'Save' in the top right corner to add the tag
