Step 7 - Once you exit you will have to publish the menu for the changes to take effect.

  • The KDS tags are for : if you have multiple stations for burgers, dips and drinks all with their own Kitchen display screen you can route this item to a specific one.

  • You can also add discount tags this will allow you to decide if this item can be discounted.

  • You can add report tags so if you were to build a custom report to monitor the performance of certain items you can add this item to that report using this drop-down menu.

  • And finally, you can add snooze tags, this allows you to be able to temporarily hide an item directly from your POS but inorder to use this functionality a snooze tag has to be added to the item here first.
