If an order hasn't been ingested correctly through your order ingest integration follow these steps.

Please note: you will need to be a staff member with the relevant permissions to be able to solve this issue. Please speak with your manager if you don't have access to the steps below.

Steps to follow:
Start by logging into your Flipdish point of sale system using your pin or RFID Card reader.
Then click "More"
Then click "Venue"
Then click "Flipdish"
Input the order number, the dispatch type and the payment type in the first tab
Add the charges that have been applied in the next tab
Add instructions and delivery details in the last tab
Click the save button in the bottom right of the pop-up box, which will create a Flipdish-specific order within the system.
Please note this only needs to be used when an order ingest integration is not active. If your integration has stopped working please contact us at [email protected] so we can fix the issue.
