This article will cover how to get an overview of active sales in your Flipdish Point of Sale.

Requirements:
You will need the relevant reporting permissions, please speak to your manager to ensure you have these.

Instructions:
Step 1 - Log into your Flipdish Point of Sale using your PIN or RFID Card reader.
Step 2 - "Overview" in the bottom right-hand corner.

On the left-hand side, you will see all the in-process orders.
On the right-hand side, you will see all the sales/orders that are ready for dispatch.

You can also get a view of your table performance if you click on "tables" in the top left corner. You will be able to see the number of covers per table and what the total value of that table is at that time.

To go back to the overview page just click "sales" in the top left corner.

Along the top of the page, you will see filter icons by dispatch type like:
- Dine-in,
- Takeaway,
- Collection,
- Delivery

In the top right corner, you will see filter icons for venue type and channel, and this is where you will be able to filter the list by:
- Your marketplaces
- In-store kiosks or
- Your own website
- Your mobile app.

In the top left corner, you can click on "Dashboard" and will have access to a:
- Food prep summary
- Venue summary
- Tenders summary
- Drivers summary (if you are using your own drivers)
