This article will help your store's customer to remove their credit card from their account.
On App
1. On the store's app, please select the drop-down menu on the top right.
2. Select Payment Methods.
3 Then swipe left on the card you want to remove.
This removes the card from your Flipdish ordering account.
On Website
*The below steps are addressed to the store's customer.
1. On the store's website, log in the same way as when you try to place an order.
2. Once the online ordering menu is displayed, you can select Payment Methods on the right-hand side.
3. This will open up a new page, and you can click the Trash icon on the right of the screen to remove the relevant card.
This removes this card from your Flipdish ordering account.
*If you placed an order by scanning a QR code, please navigate to the store's website and follow the above steps.
