Applying Customer Vouchers

On the Web:

On the checkout (Place Order) page, choose either "Enter custom code" or "Add voucher"

A new screen will pop up, where the customer can enter the voucher code they received in a SMS.

They must enter the code making sure to double check that the voucher code entered matches the code received via SMS. Note the voucher code is not case sensitive.

They should click on "Add Voucher code" to add the discount to their order.

The voucher will then appear on the checkout screen. Please double check this before paying.

On the App:

On your Point of Sale:

When placing an order for your customer, click the tag icon and enter your pin code:

You can now select from a list of discounts such as:

  • Your already created discount codes will appear in a list first.

  • Select "Voucher Code" to apply a voucher provided by your customer.

  • Select "Open Discount" to apply a custom voucher to the order

Once a voucher has been applied you will see it appear under the Total Order Price:
