How did I get support if a customer calls regarding an order query?

Our Flipdish customer support line is exclusively for Flipdish customers i.e. restaurants. If your customer has a query, you (the restaurant) must call or email Flipdish [email protected] with their questions and we will help you answer them.

Please note if your customer calls our support line, we will instruct them to get in touch with the restaurant they have ordered from directly.

When investigating customer queries, please send us their Order Number or Mobile Number to [email protected] and we can look into it for you.
