How do I get support if a customer calls regarding an order query?

Please be advised that the Flipdish Support line is reserved solely for our valued restaurant partners. Should your customers have any inquiries, we kindly request that you (the restaurant) contact us via phone or email at [email protected] so that we may assist you in addressing their concerns.

We wish to inform you that customers who contact our support line directly will be instructed to liaise with the restaurant from which they placed their order. Our contact page, https://www.flipdish.com/contact-us, also provides details for contacting us via WhatsApp should you prefer this method. To facilitate the prompt investigation of customer queries, we request that you include the relevant Order Number or Mobile Number when emailing [email protected].
