Showing or hiding the voucher input

The voucher input can be hidden or shown on your apps, website, and kiosk based on the active vouchers in use on your account

If you'd like to hide the voucher input on your Flipdish website, kiosk, or mobile apps, you can simply disable any vouchers in the Flipdish system that require the user to manually apply them. You can manage this yourself via the Flipdish Portal.

With that, the voucher input across all platforms will be hidden.

What happens with auto-apply vouchers?

If you have any auto-apply vouchers set up, or any campaigns which generate auto-apply vouchers for your customers, the voucher will still apply to orders as it should, but your customer won't be able to change them like they normally can.

As soon as you add a voucher that requires a user to manually input the voucher code, the input will be shown again.
