If you'd like to hide the voucher input on your Flipdish website, kiosk, or mobile apps, you can simply disable any vouchers in the Flipdish system that require the user to manually apply them. You can manage this yourself via the Flipdish Portal.
How it works:
No active manual‑entry vouchers
When all live vouchers (including loyalty vouchers) are set to auto‑apply, the system hides the “Add voucher code” field across all platforms.
Manual‑entry voucher added
As soon as any voucher requires the customer to enter a code, the input field will automatically reappear
What this means for you:
You don’t need to toggle anything in a builder or venue configuration. Voucher visibility is managed automatically.
If you want customers to have the option to add a voucher, simply create or enable a manual‑entry voucher.
If you want to hide that option, ensure only auto‑apply vouchers remain active.
