To help protect your business it is important to have a set of terms & conditions that define your agreements with your customers.
Creating a set of terms from scratch can be time-consuming and expensive so Flipdish has created a template set of terms & conditions that you can use as a starting point for your own website terms & conditions.
This template was created in consultation with a leading global law firm however we recommend that you seek your own legal advice before putting them in place and Flipdish is not responsible for any losses due to their use.
What to keep in mind?
Flipdish and you together act as joint controllers. Your Terms and Conditions should therefore refer to Flipdish Terms and Conditions which you can find here.
The template was created with legal advice, however, you may want to consult with your solicitors in case there are aspects of your business that fall outside the scope of online food ordering.
You should include:
your company registered and trading name
your contact details are in section 12. 'Contact'
link to your privacy policy (at the bottom of the template)
link to your cookie policy (at the bottom of the template)
