This article explains how to use the Billing & Invoices section of the Flipdish Portal to view your subscription details, track invoices, and take action on any overdue payments.

Access requirements
To view subscription billing information and take action on overdue invoices, users must have one of the following permissions:
Owner or Managed Owner access
Store Owner, Store Manager, or Finance Manager access (only if they have access to all stores within a store group)
Note: In the future, Store Owner, Store Manager, and Finance Manager roles will be able to view subscription information for the stores they have access to individually.
View subscription billing information
With the introduction of the subscription model for Flipdish products and services, billing and payment information is now available in the Flipdish Portal.
Once a subscription is created by the Flipdish team, users with the appropriate permissions can view related billing and invoice information in the portal.
Currently, users with Store Owner, Store Manager, or Finance Manager permissions can only view subscription data if they have access to all stores in the store group.
View subscription details
To access your subscription list:
Log in to the Flipdish Portal.
Click on your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Select Subscriptions from the dropdown menu.
On the Subscriptions page, you can view:
Subscription name (linked to products/services you are subscribed to)
User and payment details
Subscription status
Amount to be paid
Next payment date
Option to filter by subscriptions created by you
Clicking on a subscription will show:
Payment amount and subscription status
Payment due date
User details
List of products included, quantity, and payment schedule
Upcoming invoice breakdown
View and manage invoices
To view invoices for a specific subscription:
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select Subscription invoices.
You can filter invoices by:
Date range
Invoice number
Related subscription
Option to filter by invoices for subscriptions you created
Actions on overdue invoices
The Invoices page also allows you to:
Search by invoice number
Filter by store, date range, or subscription name
View or download invoices by clicking the PDF icon in the “Actions” column
Tick the “Show only my invoices” box to narrow results
If automatic payment fails (e.g. due to insufficient funds or an expired card), the invoice will be marked Overdue. You will then see a Pay now button.
