With the Flipdish Point-of-Sale (POS) system, your online orders from any of your Flipdish powered ordering channels flow directly in to your POS and will appear on your Kitchen Display System or print at your Kitchen receipt printer when the order needs to be prepared by your kitchen team.

The Flipdish terminal is also used for receiving orders from your Flipdish ordering channels but with the Flipdish POS in place you no longer need to use this device to receive those orders. If both the Flipdish POS and the Flipdish terminal are both active at the same time, it may cause issues between the two systems and orders may not arrive as expected on both devices. We would recommend that you switch off your Flipdish terminal if your Flipdish POS is active to ensure an optimal experience for receiving orders.
