Manage Customer Payment Methods

The customer payment page allows you to enable or disable cash payments.

If it is turned off, customers won't be able to pick 'cash' as an option during checkout and they will be forced to use another method, ie. card payment, or Apple Pay/Google Pay.

To edit this setting please follow the below:

  1. Access your Flipdish portal

  2. Select 'Stores'

  3. Select the 'store' to edit

  4. Select 'Delivery settings' or 'Collection Settings' (Depending on the ordering type you want to change)

  5. Toggle 'On / Off' the option 'Accept cash for delivery' or 'Accept cash as payment method'.

Please note that this toggle doesn't control if the delivery service is enabled/disabled. This setting needs to be done on the respective delivery page.
