The POS Freebies Meals Report tracks all 'freebies' that were given to guests. Freebie reasons can be created in the Back of Office under Configurations. The Guest Meals Report is Property-specific.

Requirements:
You will need to be a staff member with Back Office app permissions.
Instructions:
Step 1 - Log into your Point of Sale Back Office with your email address and password.
Step 2 - Select the Store Name in the upper right corner drop down.
NOTE: You will not see the Freebies Meals Report if you are filtered on the Business Name level.
Step 3 - Click "Reports" on the left panel.
Step 4 - Click "Costs."
Step 5 - Click 'Freebies Meals.'
Step 6 - Add your date period.
Freebies Meals Report
Key Terms
Total Count: Total number of Freebie Meals.
Total Amount: The total basket size of the Freebie Meals.
Total Cost: Using any Cost of Goods entered in your Back Office App, this is the meal Cost the restaurant incurs. Note: this column references Cost, not the Sale Price (Amount) of the meal.
Filters & Grouping
The report will default to grouping data by Property > Reason > Staff > Date. If you need to rearrange how your data is grouped, you can drag and drop as well as delete grouping settings.
When you hover over the Group column, you'll see 3 horizontal lines. Drag this header column to the grey space labelled 'Drag here to set row groups' to update data Grouping.
